job description
1. as the management training of china express airlines, the business direction mainly includes finance,marketing, human resource, senior business secretary, international business and other departments.
2. assist the group leaders to carry out the research on the development strategy of the relevant industrial system, undertake the important functions of business planning,organization/performance/process standard system construction, and provide support for the important decision-making of the high-level group.
3. assist group leaders to collect information, make decisions, publish plans, supervise execution,organize, coordinate and promote major special work at the group level, and assist senior managers to carry out all kinds of management work.
4. be familiar with the main work and necessary skills of the department, assist the company to complete cross-departmental related projects, and complete the training of competency planning.
job requirements
1. bachelor's degree and above;
2.non-chinese citizens ;
3.passed chinese proficiency test (hsk) level iii or have the equivalent chinese level；capable of using both chinese and english as working language;
4. good at communication and coordination, understanding ability, positive and upward, and have certain acknowledgement of china express airlines culture.
